Why You Should Care
At EFG Companies, we continually strive to set the bar in the consumer protection product industry for client engagement and overall customer experience. This means we never stop evaluating how to challenge ourselves and our competitors, whether that means achieving additional certifications and training, or utilizing new technological innovations. The Stevie awards are a reflection of that continuous effort.
The Stevie® Awards are the world’s premier business awards. They were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide.
In 2018, EFG brought home four awards:
- A Silver award in Call Center of the Year (up to 100 seats);
- A Silver award for Innovation in Customer Service;
- A Silver award for Sales Management Team of the Year; and,
- A Bronze award for Sales or Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year.
In 2017, EFG took home the gold for a second time, and was recognized in two categories:
- A Gold award in Business Development Achievement of the Year; and,
- A Silver award in Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats).
In 2016, EFG once again brought home three awards:
- A Gold award in Business Development Achievement of the Year;
- A Silver award in Sales Consulting Practice of the Year; and,
- A Bronze award in Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats).
In 2015, EFG was recognized in three categories. The company received
- A Bronze award in Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats);
- A Silver award for Field Sales Team of the Year, and
- A Bronze award in Business Development Achievement of the Year.
