At EFG Companies, we see ourselves as a service provider and consultant. Our strategic intent is to build sustainable market differentiation on the basis of our client engagement model. We leverage internal, dedicated recruiting, training, compliance, and marketing resources with ongoing execution support to ensure dealer success. Our dealers are consistently recognized as industry leaders for both their sales numbers and their customer service standards.

Each year, F&I and Showroom Magazine recognizes those dealer groups who led the industry in terms of F&I product sales, customer service, and compliance with the Pacesetter Award. In the past six years, six EFG clients have taken home this award, with two auto groups receiving the Pacesetter award in multiple years. Bob Moore Auto Group was recognized as a Pacesetter in 2014 and 2017. Star Family of Dealerships was recognized as a Pacesetter in 2013, 2016, and 2017. To date, EFG clients have received a total of nine F&I and Showroom Magazine Pacesetter awards.
