More than 190 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year\u2019s award winners. <strong>These judges found EFG\u2019s campaigns and initiatives to be comprehensive, measurable, and holistic.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>EFG was also recently recognized as a <strong>Top Contact Center by BenchmarkPortal<\/strong>. Previously known as the Top 100 Contact Centers, this recognition is based on statistical comparison to the world\u2019s largest and most respected database of call center metrics.<\/p>\n<p>BenchmarkPortal objectively identifies centers that achieve superior results in both financial and qualitative terms.
